These terms govern the use of mobile applications (the "Apps") provided by Holoz Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Apps, you agree to these terms.

2. Fees

The Apps are free to use and display advertisements. Any data communication charges are your responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Apps (programs, images, audio, etc.) belong to us or their rightful owners.

5. Disclaimer

1. We do not warrant that the Apps are free of defects or fit for any particular purpose.
2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Apps.
3. We have no obligation to restore game data (scores, items, etc.) stored on your device.

6. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Apps without prior notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes.
